Book an Inspection🚗💧 BALCONY LEAKING DAMAGED YOUR CAR PAINT? — PJ HOMEOWNER CASE
A recent homeowner from Petaling Jaya (PJ), Selangor contacted us because heavy rain caused water to leak through his balcony.
The problem became even worse — the leaking water dripped directly onto the car parked underneath. Due to chemical substances released from the concrete, the water stains could damage and leave stubborn marks on the vehicle paintwork.
⚠️ Even professional polishing may not always be able to completely restore the damaged paint.
Instead of simply treating the symptoms, we focused on solving the root cause — the balcony waterproofing failure.
🔧 Our Solution: Torch On Membrane Waterproofing System
Our team carried out proper surface preparation and installed a Torch On Membrane Waterproofing System to provide a heavy-duty waterproofing barrier for the balcony.
✅ Stops water leakage
✅ Heavy-duty waterproofing protection
✅ Suitable for Malaysia’s hot & rainy weather
✅ UV & weather resistant
✅ Helps protect the area underneath from further water damage
✅ Long-term waterproofing solution
The homeowner was extremely satisfied and happy after the waterproofing work was completed. ❤️

🔧 Torch On Membrane
Torch On Membrane Waterproofing System，
✅ Heavy Duty
