🏡 Damansara 屋主阳台漏水，不想敲砖也能处理！

近期，我们接到一位来自 Damansara 的屋主求助，阳台出现漏水问题。

🔧 为什么 Membrane 上面可以涂 Acrylic？
答案是：可以，但必须选择相容的材料！
并不是所有 Membrane 都不能上漆，也不是所有 Acrylic Coating 都适合涂在 Membrane 上。
在确认两种材料相容，并做好适当的表面处理后，部分 Membrane 系统可以再涂上 Acrylic Coating。
