Recently, our team was engaged by the Management of Yolo Signature Suites, Sunway Mentari to resolve persistent water leakage issues throughout the building’s parking area.
The challenge?
The parking area could not be hacked or have the existing floor waterproofing completely removed and rebuilt, because
vehicles need to enter and exit the car park every day.
Instead of disrupting the daily operation of the building, we proposed a more practical solution:
💧 PU Injection Waterproofing System
PU Injection works by injecting specially formulated polyurethane chemical into leakage points and cracks, allowing the chemical to penetrate and seal the water pathways within the concrete structure.
WHY PU INJECTION?

After the rain, there were no visible signs of water leakage at the treated areas.
A difficult parking leakage problem was finally brought under control — without shutting down the entire parking area for major hacking and waterproofing works.

近期，我们受 Yolo Signature Suites, Sunway Mentari Management 委托，协助处理整座大厦停车场的漏水问题。
这个工程最大的挑战是：
停车场每天都需要让车辆进出，不能够大面积敲打地面、拆除原有防水层，再重新做防水。
如果采用传统的敲打重做方式，不但工程时间长，也会严重影响住户以及停车场的日常使用。
因此，根据现场情况，我们采用了：

通过 PU Injection，将专业 PU 化学材料注入混凝土裂缝及漏水位置，让材料进入混凝土内部的漏水通道，并进行填充及封堵。
