Founder and Managing Director

Peng Ho / Yu is the founder of OzeanGate Waterproofing Specialist. He has extensive experience in the field of waterproofing and was awarded a long service award in recognition of his services in a waterproofing material manufacturing company and the role he played as a senior controller and the head of the defect team in the company.

His past experience includes being responsible for managing numerous projects such as waterproofing services for Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway College @ Velocity, 98 shop lots at Bukit Mahkota, KL Eco City, Etiqa Tower, KL Trillion at Ampang Park, Solstice @ Pan’gaea at Cyberjaya and Shaftsbury Avenue at Putrajaya. Not only that, but other notable projects include structure repair for Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Clio Hotel, Hengyuan Refining Company (formerly known as Shell Refining Company) at Port Dickson, Shell Tower at KL Sentral, Shaftsbury Square at Cyberjaya, Tamara Residence, Natural Residence at Precinct 11 and Tevra at Precinct 8 at Putrajaya.

Peng Ho / Yu’s substantial experience and professional expertise have allowed him to secure numerous on-going projects for esteemed companies such as Regina Residence at USJ1, See Hoy Chan projects at Damansara, Encorp Strand Residence, Encorp Strand Mall, Encorp Strand Garden Office at Kota Damansara, Sunway Nexis Mall at Kota Damansara, Puteri Bayu Apartment at Puchong, Scott Sentral Residence at KL Sentral, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) Tower at KL Sentral and the PKNS (Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor) Complex at Shah Alam, City Palm Villa Condominium, Cheras Heights Condominium, Kelana Square and The Starling Mall.
